SYNOPSIS:
A case of misunderstanding leads to a whole new life for the Brown family after their beloved patriarch dies. Pop Brown leaves behind a letter for his son, Leroy (Mann), asking him to “Take care of the old…” Believing that it’s a request for his son to care for the elderly, Leroy opens his home as “Brown Meadows,” a senior community. The entire family embraces the life change, but their quick-witted and quirky new tenants quickly overwhelm everyone. While honorable in his intention, Leroy soon finds out that his father’s last request was for him to care for the old “Thunderbird in the garage.”
