REVIEW: EUREKA SEASON 5
They can bend the laws of nature. They can push science to the absolute limit. But there's one force they can't change: their destiny. Return to the small town with big secrets as the geniuses of Eureka venture beyond everything they have ever known in the fifth and final season of one of television's most beloved shows. From searching for the lost Astraeus crew to experiencing a disaster drill that proves to be all too real, it's anything but life as usual in this seemingly idyllic town for residents Sheriff Carter (Colin Ferguson, Because I Said So, The House Next Door), Allison (Salli Richardson-Whitfield, I Am Legend, Antwone Fisher), Zane (Niall Matter, Watchmen) and Jo (Erica Cerra, "Battlestar Galactica").
"Eureka" Season 5 is produced by Universal Cable Productions and also stars Joe Morton (American Gangster, Badland) and Neil Grayston ("Smallville," "Wonderfalls"). Sci-fi fan favorites Wil Wheaton ("The Big Bang Theory," "Star Trek: The Next Generation") and Felicia Day ("The Guild," "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog") guest star and co-creator Jaime Paglia and Bruce Miller are executive producers. The "Eureka" Season 5 three-disc set features a special fan farewell from the "Eureka" cast and crew, the holiday episode "Do You See What I See?," a gag reel, episode commentaries, deleted scenes and much, much more. A fitting, mind-boggling send-off for the community that never "officially" existed, "Eureka" Season 5 is available on July 17, 2012 from Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The anticipated series finale of "Eureka" airs Monday, July 16 at 9:00 p.m. on
