OVERVIEW: Golden Globe® winner Paul Giamatti (Upcoming season of “Downton Abbey”) and Paul Rudd (Anchorman: The Legend Continues), two of America’s favorite comedic actors, star together for the first time in the off-beat, dark comedy ALL IS BRIGHT, debuting on Blu-ray™ and DVD on November 19th from Anchor Bay Films. The film is currently available on iTunes and On Demand.
Playing ex-cons trying to make fast cash selling Christmas trees in New York City, Giamatti and Rudd star along with Sally Hawkins (Blue Jasmine) for director Phil Morrison (Junebug). Screenplay is from Melissa James Gibson, one of the writers for the hit FX TV show, “The Americans.”
All is Bright will be available on Blu-ray™ with an Ultraviolet HD Digital Copy and DVD.
SYNOPSIS: Lie, cheat, steal…it’s all part of the holiday spirit for ex-con Dennis (Paul Giamatti) and fast talker Rene (Paul Rudd) when they try to make a quick buck selling Christmas trees in New York. For Dennis it’s a chance to go straight, and for his best friend and former partner-in-crime, Rene, it’s a chance to make some easy cash so he can marry Dennis’s ex-wife. But for two not-very-bright guys now stuck together on the cold streets of Brooklyn, this holiday season may bring some of the most unexpected miracles of all.

theatrical format. The picture is just flawless. Not only the
picture looks great in this release, also the sound it is good,
a 5.1 Dolby Digital in Cantonese that provides a good complement
to the picture. It also includes English and
