BLU-RAY REVIEW: POLAR BEARS 3D ICE BEAR

The Polar Bear is the Arctic’s biggest predator…but what happens to the “Ice Bear” when there’s no ice? Featuring breathtaking 3D cinematography shot over 12 months in the Canadian Arctic and capturing rarely-seen behavior, Polar Bears 3D: Ice Bear is an enthralling and captivating look at their changing world. 

BLU-RAY: The film is presented in widescreen in a 1.78:1 aspect ration preserving its theatrical format. The picture is acceptable, but I was expecting more. The picture doesn't offer the quality that you would expect in this type of films; however is acceptable. The blu-ray offers a sound it is good, a 5.1 Dolby Digital in multiple languages options (see below for details) that provides a good complement to the picture. It also includes multiple language subtitles option.
