Millennium Entertainment is proud to announce the release of What Maisie Knew, available on DVD and Blu-ray(TM) Combo Pack on August 13th. The film is a contemporary imagining of Henry James’ 1897 novel of the same name. What Maisie Knew was directed by Scott McGehee and David Siegel (The Deep End, Bee Season) and stars Oscar Nominee Julianne Moore (The Kids Are All Right), Alexander Skarsgård (HBO’s “True Blood”), Steve Coogan (Ruby Sparks, Our Idiot Brother), Joanna Vanderham (The Paradise) and Onata Aprile (Yellow, The History of Future Folk).
SYNOPSIS: What Maisie Knew tells the story of a captivating little girl’s struggle for grace in the midst of her parents' bitter custody battle. Told through the eyes of the title’s heroine, Maisie navigates this ever-widening turmoil with a six-year-old's innocence, charm and generosity of spirit.

presented in widescreen in a 2.40:1 aspect ration preserving its
theatrical format. The picture is just flawless. Not only the
picture looks great in this release, also the sound it is good,
a 5.1 Dolby Digital in Cantonese that provides a good complement
to the picture. It also includes English and
Spanish subtitles.
