The official trailer has been released for A MARBLE IN THE JAR, a new documentary feature from filmmakers Greg Browning and Scott Smith, produced in association with DINC with support from Rockstar Energy and Body Glove. The film opens exclusively in theaters September 11, 2026, followed by an On Demand release November 3, 2026.
ABOUT THE FILM
The documentary follows professional surfer Tatiana Weston‑Webb and her coach, mentor, and close friend Greg Browning. As Tatiana pursues a World Title, Greg faces a different battle: an ALS diagnosis.
Their shared ritual — placing a marble in a jar whenever something good happens — becomes a deeper symbol as Tatiana fights her way back and Greg’s condition progresses. The film evolves into an intimate story of friendship, resilience, loss, perspective, and redefining what it means to win. Browning ultimately completed the documentary as his final gift to Tatiana.
