Principal photography has begun on Warner Bros. Pictures\u2019 \u201cRun All Night,\u201d starring Oscar\u00ae nominees Liam Neeson (\u201cSchindler\u2019s List,\u201d \u201cTaken\u201d) and Ed Harris (\u201cPollock,\u201d \u201cThe Hours\u201d), as well as Joel Kinnaman (\u201cThe Girl with the Dragon Tattoo\u201d), under the direction of Jaume Collet-Serra (\u201cUnknown\u201d).<\/p>\n
Brooklyn mobster and prolific hit man Jimmy Conlon (Neeson), once known as The Gravedigger, has seen better days. Longtime best friend of mob boss Shawn Maguire (Harris), Jimmy, now 55, is haunted by the sins of his past\u2014as well as a dogged police detective who\u2019s been one step behind Jimmy for 30 years. Lately, it seems Jimmy\u2019s only solace can be found at the bottom of a whiskey glass.<\/p>\n
But when Jimmy\u2019s estranged son, Mike (Kinnaman), becomes a target, Jimmy must make a choice between the crime family he chose and the real family he abandoned long ago. With Mike on the run, Jimmy\u2019s only penance for his past mistakes may be to keep his son from the same fate Jimmy is certain he\u2019ll face himself\u2026at the wrong end of a gun. Now, with nowhere safe to turn, Jimmy just has one night to figure out exactly where his loyalties lie and to see if he can finally make things right.<\/p>\n

Collet-Serra directs from a screenplay by Brad Ingelsby. The film is being produced by Roy Lee (\u201cThe Departed\u201d), Michael Tadross (\u201cGangster Squad,\u201d \u201cSherlock Holmes\u201d), and Brooklyn Weaver (executive producer, upcoming \u201cOut of the Furnace\u201d), with John Powers Middleton (TV\u2019s \u201cBates Motel\u201d) serving as executive producer.<\/p>\n
