Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment has announced that A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Complete First Season<\/strong> will be released on 4K UHD, Blu\u2011ray, and DVD on June 16, 2026<\/strong>. The series is based on George R. R. Martin\u2019s novella The Hedge Knight<\/em> and takes place approximately a century before the events of Game of Thrones<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set during a period when the Targaryen dynasty still rules Westeros and dragons remain within living memory, the series follows the travels of Ser Duncan the Tall<\/strong> and his young squire, Egg<\/strong>. Their journey brings them into contact with political tensions, rival houses, and the early foundations of conflicts that will shape the realm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The series stars: Peter Claffey, Dexter Sol Ansell, Daniel Ings, Bertie Carvel, Danny Webb, Sam Spruell, Shaun Thomas, Finn Bennett, Edward Ashley, Tanzyn Crawford, Henry Ashton, Youssef Kerkour, Tom Vaughan\u2011Lawlor, and Daniel Monks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
