The New York Film Critics Circle voted today for their picks for the 2011 awards at the Film Society at Lincoln Center. The awards will be handed out at a ceremony to be held on Monday, January 9, 2012.<\/p>\n
The NYFCC has decided that they will not be awarding for Best Animated Film for 2011. Michel Hazanavicius\u2019s \u201cThe Artist\u201d was selected as best picture with a second award for Best Director. Brad Pitt was selected as Best Actor and Meryl Streep as Best Actress, full list of winners below.<\/p>\n
