OVERVIEW: Alchemy is proud to announce the home entertainment release of the black comedy, WELCOME TO ME. The film is directed by Shira Piven (Fully Loaded), written by Elliot Laurence and stars Academy Award® nominee Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids, The Skeleton Twins, NBC’s Saturday Night Live). Wes Bentley (The Hunger Games, American Beauty), Linda Cardellini (Netflix’s Bloodline, Legally Blonde), Academy Award® nominee Joan Cusack (Showtime’s Shameless, Working Girl), Loretta Devine (ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy) Golden Globe® nominee Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Spectacular Now, Fast Times at Ridgemont High), Thomas Mann (Me, Earl and the Dying Girl), James Marsden (X-Men, Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues, The Notebook), with Academy Award® winner Tim Robbins (Mystic River) rounding out the star-studded cast. WELCOME TO ME will be available on DVD and Blu-ray™ on June 16th, 2015.
SYNOPSIS: When Alice Klieg (Kristen Wiig) wins the Mega-millions lottery, she quits her psychiatric meds and buys her own talk show. Inspired by the immortal Oprah, she broadcasts her dirty laundry as both a form of exhibitionism and a platform to share her peculiar views on everything from nutrition to relationships to neutering pets.

The film is
presented in widescreen in a 2.40:1 aspect ration preserving its
theatrical format. The picture is just flawless. Not only the
picture looks great in this release, also the sound it is good,
a 5.1 Dolby Digital in English that provides a good complement
to the picture. It also includes English
and Spanish subtitles.
