The People's Review of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

Kathy Kritic
The critics are right. This movie is excellent.  The special fx are on a par with those in the "Matrix". The story line is interesting, and the fight scenes are amazing. This movie has it all. -

It was easily one of the best movies of its genre.  It was an excellent combination of drama, action and romance with a very concrete and original story line. The characters conveyed their parts with authentic emotions, and a passion and grace that you rarely see in hollywood movies.  Don't be put off by the subtitles: they certainly don't interfere with the effect of the movie. Recommendation: Leave children at home.  The 2 hr long movie with subtitles will only make them restless.

This movie's martial arts parrallel the love scene and storyline in absolute originality. You have never seen a movie like this because there never has been one like this. It's a must see for anyone.
