I usually don't go for these sort of films (action) but this one suprised
me. I was glued to the tele!! The acting of ashley judd was the only thing
that really let the movie down.But apart from that it's worth while seeing
if you have nothing better to do.

yes,much of it was predictable and somewhat irratonal , but the simple fact
is that it keeps you glued to your seat--ashley judd and tommy lee jones are
awesome--this movie succeeds in one very important thing--IT ENTERTAINS YOU
FROM START TO FINISH--and as with most tommy lee jones movies,it has a ton
of laughs thrown in,just to throw you off a bit--go see it if you have not
yet--it may not be another REAR WINDOW ,but its damn good -i rate it a
90,but easily could go higher

FIRST WHEN I SAW ALL THE BLOOD ON THE SHIP, BUT I REALLY LIKED IT. I THINK

This movie is totally implausible and insults the viewer's intelligence. Ashley Judd
is an attractive leading lady, but the scriptwriter should be shot for poor craftmanship.
Do not waste your time going to the theatre. Double Jeopardy is strictly a
weak video type film to rent when you can't think of something better.

This movie had an inane premise and no interesting plot twists. You know what is
going to happen and then it does. Don't bother.

This movie is incredibly stupid. However, depending on your mood and the rowdiness of the
theater, there are unintentional laughs. Basically, as a bad movie, it's rather fun.
It's not at all on par with classic bad movies like "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely
Hearts Club Band" or "Valley of the Dolls." I guess it's about equal in
stupidity to "Air Force One;"however "Air Force One" was a definitely
more fun. You can have fun with this one; but it maybe it helps to have a few drinks
first.<G>

Double Jeopardy is the best movie that I have seen in a very long time. It
suspenceful, loaded with action, and has some comedy thrown in. It has all the qualities
that I like to see in a movie. I give it a 100. Double Jeopardy definitely
worth seeing.

About time we had a movie that shows what worthless creeps men really are. Like
Ashley, I had a husband whom I thought was a great guy, and he turned out to be a real
turkey. I just wish I had had a legal excuse to kill the sob, like she did.
Maybe next time! Best movie I've seen in years.

Well written, directed and acted, entertaining, great cinematography. A few mild plot
glitches that do not impact the overall quality of the film. No sex, witches,
explosions...so overall, probably not John and Jane Q. Public's favorite type of movie.

This is a movie that had a good plot but what was done with this plot was a tragedy, for
those of us who wasted our money. This is a senseless movie, it's obvious, to anyone with
half a brain, within the first 5 min. what is going to happen & the ending is
just as obvious. What is in between makes no sense. You can make a list as long as your
arm of all the inconsistensies & totally senseless things about this movie. Don't
waste your money!

I think it was an excellant movie. Despite it's some "unbelievable" scenes, I
really enjoyed it. I think the acting was great! I rate the movie as an 85 actually, it
made me cry and laugh. And I guess the whole concept..the storyline rather was very good!
I look mostly at the story to it..not so much the little details such as her getting on
the plane with the gun, ect. It's as said by our world's authors.."in a story..you've
got to stick to the idea of it. The plot. Don't dwell on the punctuation mistakes."
So I really enjoyed it.

This is a very good picture. Not to often you are able to see a picture that pays a lot
attention to detail. The cinematograpy is excellent. Peter James did a fantastic job and
the direction is as good as Driving Miss Daisey. A good movie no flaws Enjoy DB

I just watched this movie in our local cinema in Suva, Fiji Islands and tell
you, it's been a long while since I saw a movie full of love, hate,
suspense, thriller and action. Ashley Judd is perfect for hollywood and why
not? She gets to co-star with my favourite actor - Tommy Lee Jones.

genius)but that's not all the movie is about. See...this is where the men
get offended, husbands are to love their wife as they love themselves but we
hardly get one these days! It's just a movie..and Ashley Judd is a great

I liked the movie. The part when she was in the library was probally what i
liked most about it. When She was tring to get the hand cuffs off of the car
and she and T.L.J. went into the water was the greatest. I liked the movie,
its worth while and i thought it had a great story to it.

I really liked this movie. I think that Ashley Judd shines and makes
you beleive the hardships that she has encountered. Although this was
not one of Tommy Lee Jones' best performances or roles, the combination of
plot and acting makes this movie a "Worth Seeing"
