OVERVIEW:
Anchor Bay Entertainment is proud to announce the home entertainment release of the uproarious APARTMENT TROUBLES. Co-directed by and also starring Jennifer Prediger and Jess Weixler, this laugh out loud comedy features an all-star cast including Megan Mullally (“Will & Grace,” “Parks and Recreation”), Jeffrey Tambor (“Arrested Development,” The Hangover, “Transparent”), and Will Forte (“Saturday Night Live,” “30 Rock,” The Lego Movie). Audiences can bring home this unique, quirky comedy on DVD on October 6, 2015.
SYNOPSIS: APARTMENT TROUBLES follows the story of two co-dependent roommates, Olivia (Jennifer Prediger) and Nicole (Jess Weixler) who are not exactly sure how they’re going to make it when they get evicted from their shoebox apartment in Manhattan by their landlord (Jeffrey Tambor). The two flee to Los Angeles for the promise of sunshine. As one door slams shut, another opens. One tarot card reading later, the duo decides to take their performance art sensibilities to the mainstream by auditioning for a reality TV talent show. Inevitably, their friendship is tested along the way.
