REVIEW: ICETASTROPHE

OVERVIEW: Alchemy is pleased to announce the home entertainment release of the action-packed disaster flick ICETASTROPHE. Directed by Jonathan Winfrey (Disney’s Even Stevens), the thriller stars Victor Webster (ABC’s Castle, Surrogates), Jennifer Spence (Continuum), and Richard Harmon (the CW’s The 100, The Age of Adeline). ICETASTROPHE will be available on DVD and VOD on May 12th, 2015.
SYNOPSIS: In ICETASTROPHE, a meteorite enters the Earth's atmosphere and splits in two pieces. One piece strikes the center of a small mountain town and immediately starts to freeze everything and everyone nearby. The second piece forms a tropical zone amongst the snow and ice. A University grad student and a local man struggle to join the two pieces of the meteorite back together to save their town and mankind.

presented in widescreen in a 1.78:1 aspect ration preserving its
theatrical format. The picture is just flawless. Not only the
picture looks great in this release, also the sound it is good,
a 5.1 Dolby Digital in English that provides a good complement
to the picture. It also includes English
subtitles.
