REVIEW: Another Disney classic gets a 2-Disc Platinum
Edition release on DVD and this time is the
beloved film "101 Dalmatians". Just like Disney Studios Home
Entertainment has done with previous Disney classics 2-Disc
Platinum Editions, it is for a limited time only and totally
digital restored. A film that is consider by many to be one
of the best and most innovative Disney animated films.
Typical of the wonderful
world of Disney this DVD edition contains many surprises. Not only does this movie shines on visual
quality but also in sound. Disney's most spectacular
villain, Cruella De Vil is highlighted with a music video,
where the enhancement in sound can be easily assimilated.
In addition, it is truly a delight to see more of our
favorite movie characters once again like Pongo, Perdita
and the loving London dalmatians with more clarity and color
enrichment. This DVD istruly a gem of a master piece
that carries the innovative trademark of Disney.
This family entertainment film
is divided into two sections "Games and Activities"
and "Backstage Disney". In "Games and Activities kids can
find the "Virtual Dalmatians Game" and get to adopt, train and care for their very own
puppy. In the Backstage Disney" there is a lot of material
that takes viewers behind the scenes of the creation of the
film.
