The world’s greatest Mixed Martial Arts Champions come together for the major motion picture Death Warrior hitting hard on DVD and Blu-ray Disc. Georges “Rush” St-Pierre (current UFC Welterweight Champion), Keith “The Dean of Mean” Jardine (current UFC Light Heavyweight fighter), Rashad “Sugar” Evans (former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion) and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion) star in this action packed film set in the world of underground street fighting. The DVD and Blu-ray both contain bone-crushing special features including interviews with St-Pierre, Jardine and Evans, training footage with BJ Penn, featurettes and a micro video. The Blu-ray Disc also features a 1080P High Definition Widescreen presentation and English and Spanish 5.1 DTS HD Master Audio. The film soundtrack includes such bands as 12 Stones, Parker Theory, Born/Raised, Neverset and Lost Autumn. Death Warrior smashes onto store shelves on December 1, 2009.
When an MMA champion is thrown into a twisted world of underground fighting to save his wife’s life, he takes desperate measures and violently fights to the death against many of his fellow MMA champions. They too, controlled by the underground cage, are fighting against their will to save the lives of their loved ones. While onlookers place online bets, one champion will rise to the top and uncover the identity of the mastermind behind the corrupt tournament. The ultimate showdown will prove that there can only be one true Death Warrior.
