nominees Pierce Brosnan (Die Another Day) and Maria Bello (A
History of Violence) star alongside Gerard Butler (300) in
Shattered, a heart-pounding, psychological thriller. Neil
(Butler) and Abby (Bello) seem to have the perfect marriage
and comfortable life…that is, until their young daughter
goes missing and a strange gunman (Brosnan) named Ryan
appears on the scene. The mastermind behind the kidnapping,
Ryan forces the couple to perform a series of tasks to
ensure the safety of their child. As his demands become more
difficult to perform, Ryan escalates to a request that may
be impossible to fulfill. As time is running out, the two of
them will have to decide how far they will go to save their
little girl.
