I'm the 51-year old mother of a teen boy who reminds me of Jasper in this
movie. I know this movie had all the cliches, and I know that when I
cried I was being manipulated, but I didn't care. I loved the
photography, the innocence, and the love-without-sleaze. There is a reason
for cliches--they hit a truth within us. That's why they keep getting
repeated. In this case, the truth revealed was how beautiful and fleeting
life can be, how noble love can be, and how powerful poetry can be.
I think we all need a chance to feel our emotions without being ridiculed
for being "cheesy." My favorite actor was Josh
Hartnett; I want to see more movies with him. His character represented
the nobility of selfless love and was a terrific example for everyone, not
just kids. I know it was rather unoriginal for the writers to kill off the
girl, but people really do die. Death is not a cliche. Like
birth, death has an intensity that is not diminished just because
"everybody does it." We all die, and when we do, there are
people who are left behind to suffer just like this. This movie helps us
to be more compassionate.

and it's becoming my favourite movie, so as soon as I can, I will buy

This was a very great romantic, sad and moving movie. I would for surly
recommend this to anyone. The plot was very good except for that Jasper
was all alone. Other than that this wasn an AWESOEM movie!!

This is truley an awesome movie! It was funny, sad, moving, and it
was very clean...no embarassing scenes! Perfect for a first date!Ü
And it even had a racing scene in it that Ive heard guys are particularly
fond of! :) I would reccomend it to anyone!

The begining is a little slow but this movie is definately worth seeing.
It is so sad, you'll be crying your eyes out. It shows that you have
to enjoy every moment in life, wheather it is good or bad.

I went to one of the premiere's and I thought it was a wonderful, yet
heartwrenching love story. Leelee, Chris and Josh were great. Most of the
audience, including the guys, were sniffling. I think's it's a good date
movie and definitely worth seeing.

OMIG this movie was the BEST! I saw the hollywood premiere of it on 3-21
and I cried. It was the most touching movie, and LeeLee, Chris and Josh
were such great people for the parts! Ahhhh I love it!

This movie had nothing outstanding about it except for the fact that it
showcased two well known hollywood heartthrobs: Chris Klein and Josh
Hartnett. The storyline was incredibly predictable. Watching
it, you wait for the twist that changes the whole story around, and you
wonder where the suspense and rising action is. You never find it.
The ending is positively horrible, and I recommend seeing this movie only
if you want to see Chris Klein with his shirt off. Otherwise, there
are plenty of better movies out there.

I loved the movie because of its heartfelt content and in depth emotions.
I loved how the movie contained Robert Frost and his poetry. I love
romantic movies such as this one who relate to people who have been in
Samantha's situation. I recommend anyone esspecially couples to see
it. It's a tear jerker.

I just got back from seeing the movie and i know im not a movie
dircetor but i do know that samantha shouldnt have died she should have
gotten married or something else but she shouldnt have died but other than
that it was a great movie and i would definently recomened it to anyone.

Here on Earth was a refreshing movie. I really shows the ups and
downs of love. The acting is wonderful and it wasn't any more a
'teenage' movie than a wonderful date film. Just bring Kleenex!

This is the most romantic Drama movie I've ever seen. I cryed right after
I found out Sammantha had cancer and was going to die. If I had the money
I would go see it again because its the greatest movie and must see movie.
If you like romantic movies this is the film to see. I could watch it day
and night if I could. There should be more movies like this out today
instead of those horror movies. I wanted to say thanks for who came up
with the idea for the film. I can't thank you enough.

This movie was so excellent! i cryed so loud that people behind me were
wondering when i was going to shut up. I was laughing and crying at the
same time that my friends that went with me were laughing too. This is a
most see and own movie. I can't wait to go out and buy it. This movie was
so moving. It sort of reminded me of the relationship that me and my
bestfriend (mike) have, except the fact that no one is sick. I recmend

This movie was wonderful and outstanding. There was a different plot to
the movie, one that I could not identify with. That's a good thing cuz
most movies have the same plot. I also really loved the setting of the
movie. It was very romantic. The movie was very sad. I cried throughout
towards the end of the movie and most of the people in the theatre were
sobbing too. It was touching and moving in every way and made me realize
how special life is. It's a perfect movie to go watch with friends,
families, and dates. This is a movie definately worth watching.

Here on Earth was a great movie. it's one of the best teen movies I
have seen in a long time.It was cute and romantic. Some parts of the
movie weren't really realistic but if you're a hopeless romantic, this is
a must see!

This movie was utterly horrible. Its clunky, wooden dialogue and schmaltzy
plot almost made me physically ill. The engaging cast was the only reason
that I did not walk out of the film in horror and disgust. Although badly
miscast, Chris Klein managed to impart some charm to a character
exceptional for nothing except his lack of plausibility. How an
insensitive wealthy snot can suddenly be transfigured into an altruistic
saint is something the screenwriters never managed to properly impart.
Leelee Sobieski does as well as she can with her contrived character. The
ending is one of the worst things I've ever seen in any movie, so
contrived and manipulative that it made me want to badly hurt someone.

What was good about this movie? It was predictable and lame.
Leelee Sobieski and Chris Klein weren't well suited for their roles.
The original idea behind the movie was OK but it got lost in the bad
dialogue, flat storyline and lack of realism. I wish I had saved my
$8.50 and gone to the matinee instead!! I recommend you do the same !!

I went to go see this movie with a friend, and really loved the way it was

I thought this was such a nice movie! It's so romantic, sweet but sad.
It's not one of those movies that are nothing like reality. The
scenes were great and the actors even better! If you go see this movie you
have to bring some tissues cuz i think everyone in that theatre was
crying! The title is kind of misleading and this draws people away from it
but you have to see it and tell everyone about it because it is sooooo
great! I LOVE IT< LOVE IT, LOVE IT!
