 Last January, writer/director Eli Roth
terrified moviegoers with the blood-drenched HOSTEL, which
catapulted to the top of the box office charts and became
the first Number One film of 2006. One year later, Roth
takes us back to where it all began, and deeper into the
darkest recesses of the human mind.
In HOSTEL: PART II, three young Americans studying in Rome
set off for a weekend trip when they run into a beautiful
model from one of their art classes. Also on her way to an
exotic destination, the gorgeous European invites the coeds
to come along, assuring them they will be able to relax and
rejuvenate.
Will the girls find the oasis they are looking for? Or are
they poised to become victims for hire, pawns in the
fantasies of the sick and privileged from around the world
who secretly travel here to savor more grisly pursuits? With
Hostel, Eli Roth cemented the cutting-edge credentials he
earned with his debut feature Cabin Fever (2002). In
HOSTEL: PART II, Roth invites fans to take another
frightening trip where suppressed urges – once unleashed
– have chilling consequences.

First...I seen Hostel Part 2 last night
(opening night,June 8th)and it was just
as good as Hostel.........Not better, but
just as good.....it could have used more
torture, blood and guts but it brought u
into a more emotional state with the
clients and "victims".....if thats what
u wanna call them......Ive seen Hostel
more than 100 times and u can best
believe that when Hostel Part 2 comes
out on DVD,i will watch it just the
same...... |

I
agree with the above review in that it
was less macarbe than theoriginal. I
thought it was a good angle to take
giving the audience a more indepth view
into the killers psyche. I also thought
it lost a lot of its impact by cutting
away so often from the killing dungeons
to outside footage, but on a whole, it
went well with my popcorn |

The movie is good but from one side it's
bad especially that in some part of the
movie (the last part actually) where
childrens are there and have such kind
of scene like they use the head of a
girl as foot ball game, and in this part
which a child being shot by this man.
But Yeah it's terrifying actually. |

I am obssesed with the hostel films eli
is brilliant. The film is not the
average horror. It focosus on human
nature and the dark side of people. I
belive this is real and the re are
places people can go if you know the
right wrong people that is what makes it
truly terrifing. is awsome, but hostel
is a master piece. If you like hostel try
cannibal
hollocost. Eli has connectios to get
takashi mikie to do a cameo,"you could
spend all your money in there" only a
true movie fan knows who he is. |
