Isn't She Great : Friday January 28,  2000

Universal Pictures' Isn't She Great brings together the zany comic talents of Bette Midler, Nathan Lane, John Cleese, Stockard Channing and David Hyde Pierce in a larger (and funnier) than life comedy about Jacqueline Susann. The author of Valley of the Dolls, Susann was a brassy and vivacious woman who, with the help of her husband and manager Irving Mansfield, reimagined herself as one of the most successful novelists of her generation.  -- © Universal Pictures

The People's Review of Isn't She Great

I didn't think it was that bad; it had heart. It was just a little slow. Had some good laughs. Lane, Midler, and Hyde Pierce were predictable, but competent and fun. I saw it with a crowd of mostly senior citizens, and they all seemed to enjoy it.
