AVENGERS: ENDGAME

4/25/2019

SYNOPSIS: The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, "Avengers: Endgame.".
REVIEW:
Thanos:
You could not live with your own failure, and where did
that bring you? Back to me.
I am speechless. There
is nothing to say, but I will say something anyway. In my
brief career as a movie reviewer/critic I have never felt
so inclined to write the shortest review I have ever done.
There is nothing to say. I am a big fan of all things
Marvel, even bought a watch that says so, and if you are
one too, then you already know that there is nothing to
say. This is it. This is the culmination of 20+ films over
10+ years to reach a final conclusion, an End Game. I WILL
BE SO BOLD AS TO SAY, this is the best movie I have ever
watched. There I said it.
Tony Stark:
Part of the journey is the end.
I reviewed
Infinity War back then and I mentioned that the Infinity
War film was like watching one long climax to the epic MCU
(Marvel Cinematic Universe). Well, this short 3 hour long
film (it doesn’t feel like 3 hours), is like the climax to
that climax. It is the biggest, grandest, greatest, most
epic movie I have ever seen. I laughed a lot, I quite
literally cried a lot, I smiled a lot, I cheered a lot,
and Priscilla was practically screaming at some points and
nearly ripped my arm off too. The cast alone is mind
boggling. The storyline will not disappoint. The effects
and action scenes, come on, don’t even need to bring that
up. The characters, well without even realizing it, I have
grown so attached to these people over the years that I
feel I’m part of that family, thus the emotional response.
They did it right and I for one am very proud of everybody
behind the MCU. What an accomplishment. Kudos to the
Russos. WOW! I mean WOW! Amazing. We have witnessed
cinematic history and yet I feel that this transcends just
cinematic history into human history. The mic was dropped.
