Noël Wells (“Masters of Sex”), Josh Radnor (“How I Met Your Mother”), Aya Cash (“You’re the Worst”), Carly Chaikin (“Mr. Robot”), and Fortune Feimster (“The Mindy Project) will star in F*CKING PEOPLE.
The dark romantic comedy marks the directorial debut by Theresa Bennett, whose script garnered attention from Tracking Board, making last year’s “Young and Hungry” list of writers on the verge, as well as landing in the top ten of “The Hit List,” the best spec scripts in Hollywood. Bennett is rep’d by CAA and MXN Entertainment / Mason Novick and Michelle Knudsen.
Determined not to become her feckless parents or to be drawn into any relationship longer than a one night stand, Zoe (Wells) struggles to keep her head above water with her failing business and her failing love life. Startled to find herself falling in love with Paul (Radnor), she’s devastated to learn that he’s married, with kids, and it takes her a concerted effort to rise above her life and finally fight for what she wants.
