Stuart Little: Friday December 17, 1999

He's clever, enthusiastic, a 'can do' guy with attitude-and he's a mouse. From Rob Minkoff, co-director of The Lion King, comes the comedy adventure STUART LITTLE, based on the classic book by beloved American author E.B. White ("Charlotte's Web, "The Trumpet of the Swan") that has been entertaining families for over 50 years. Combining live-action with groundbreaking visual effects technology by the artists and innovators at Sony Pictures Imageworks, it's the story of a mouse who is raised by the Littles, a human family played by Academy Award® winner Geena Davis, Jonathan Lipnicki (Jerry Maguire) and Hugh Laurie (101 Dalmations). As Stuart (voiced by Michael J. Fox) embarks on adventures with a variety of characters, including his nemesis, Snowbell the cat (voiced by The Lion King's Nathan Lane), Stuart learns the true meaning of family, loyalty and friendship. -- © 1999 Sony

I can't see why this movie is rated PG it is definitly G material. This movie is mostly aimed at younger children who may be fascinated by it but for adults the humor doesn't make much sense. However this movie has some sort of charming magic that makes it enjoyable

This film was cute for a kids movie but a little short and not at all like the book! I loved the book when I was a kid and went to see it thinking it's going to be a classic but I was a little disapointed! All in all I say take your kid to see it and they will enjoy it!

MY GOD!!! what kind of joke is this movie I took my nephew to see it and this one did not even keep him awake this must be a joke it doesn't keep kids interested and it obviously did not keep me interested. I'd rather sit and watch a cockroach try to get off his back and back on his feet than watch this crap. Now "Toy Story" there's a movie for kids. I peersonally would like my money back that I spent on this pathetic excuse for a children's movie.

this movie was so retarded. i thought it was gonna be a cool movie but i showed up 5 minutes late and missed them adopting stuart, very bad time use.  it was so dumb with some sayign like "little high little low" ro something stupid like that. i cant believe this movie got as hight of a rating as this one.  i hated this, no on should see it unless is or free.

I loved the movie, but I really don't see any point in the swearing! I would have eventually bought this for my kids, but I don't want them growing up thinking it's ok to swear because they heard it in one of their favorite movies.  It's a shame that writers and producers think that putting language in a "kids" movie is worthwhile.  My husband and I both loved the books growing up, but I don't recall any language like that then, and I don't see any reason for it now.  It was a wonderful movie, and if you ever put out a version without the language, I'll buy it.  My kids are 8 and 13, and even they thought the movie was good, but could do with out the swearing.

I think this movie was great. I really wish I had a pet mouse that could talk. Stuart Little is the cutest thing I have ever seen.

it's a fairy tale, which is not very creative. there is some social commentary is implied just as in 'Alice in Wonderland.' Not a great fun after all, although all the performances of characters are wonderful. The story plot is a little bit corny. Special Effect of animals was impressive. if you did not like this movie, it is OK. however, if you hated this movie, there is something wrong with you. so what? do I recommend it or not?  Hey, it is blockbuster! you can't keep your curiosity forever.  Just obey your curiosity.
