Good Bond flick, played up for high camp.  Luv it!  Mr. Showbiz's rating only indicate's Cody Clark's inability to be anything other than subjective to the extreme.

Let me see, Bond chases badguys in water, Bond chases bad guys on land, Bond gets chased by bad guys when skiing, Bond chases bad guys on balloon, Bond and Hot chick defuse nuclear warhead. Bond chases bad guys in submarine. I liked this movie the first time, when it was called "Thunderball" and the second, third, fourth, and 5th time. I am a bond fan, but Denise Richards as a nuclear engineer, well that justs insults my intelligence.

James Bond movies are not about realism, they are about fun, sex, action and wit in the British way.  It was very enjoyable: everything I expected from a Bond movie and more!

I was deeply disappointed in this movie! I am a big 007 fan and have seen all the Bond films. I thought the script was choppy, the action scences too comical and the length too long. It seems as if the writers thought the movie would be a success just because it is a Bond film. I hope the quality writing will return with next Bond film.

Overall a poor Bond movie. The first 15 minutes are promising with a visually impressive high-speed boat chase and some neat gadgetry. Then the whole thing becomes tedious! Too many jerky close-ups with an over-dependency on deafening gun fights. The chaotic nature of the movie is not helped by the tenuous and often incoherent storyline. Light relief is provided courtesy of the many double-entedres that thankfully punctuate the drab action sequences. All in all, this Bond movie lacks the excitement, sophisitication, thrills and Exotic locations of previous 007 missions. Alas, the hype is not enough ...

One word to explain this movE:DISSAPOINTING! Not at all what you'd expect from a James Bond movE.They got a little carried away on the violence.As for Pierce Brosnan, what a stupid haircut!The song sucked!At least the sticky, confused plot is saved by the tongue-in-cheek spirit and action to keep you in the theater. Otherwise, it would have been useless!!!

Note to James Bond producers: No more,PLEASE!! Next to House on Haunted Hill This was the worst movie of the year.  If all you can write is bad puns and action, don't write.
