Synopsis
In this clever new spin on the detective genre, George (Hugh Jackman) is a devoted shepherd who reads mystery novels aloud to his flock each night, assuming they can’t possibly understand. But when a strange incident disrupts life on the farm, the sheep decide to take matters into their own hooves.
As they follow clues, interrogate human suspects, and uncover surprising secrets, the flock proves that even sheep can be brilliant crime‑solvers — and that no mystery is too big for a determined herd.
Based on the beloved novel “Three Bags Full” by Leonie Swann, the film blends humor, heart, and a fresh comedic voice under the direction of Kyle Balda.
