OVID.tv announced today that it will be adding films from two additional distribution companies to its growing library of documentary and social issue films, and arthouse feature films (now approaching 450 titles).
The new films will be coming from OSCILLOSCOPE PICTURES, a NYC-based distributor of unique, independently produced films, and METROGRAPH PICTURES, which was recently launched by the NYC art-house theater and focuses on “standout new releases and restored classics.” Now there are ten distributors contributing content on OVID.tv.
On Friday, June 21, four timely, prestigious and well-received films released by OSCILLOSCOPE PICTURES will be added to OVID.tv: AFTER TILLER, THE KILL TEAM, WHAT OUR FATHERS DID, and IF A TREE FALLS (details below). Following this, the first title from METROGRAPH PICTURES will be PRAIRIE TRILOGY, which will be released in July.
COMING IN JULY: OUR NEXT PARTNER, KARTEMQUIN, ADDS A DOZEN OF THEIR MOST NOTEWORTHY FILMS.
