“Dead of Night” Teaser Trailer Unveils Chilling Small-Town Murder Mystery

Movie Trailers October 21, 2026

The teaser trailer for Dead of Night has been released, offering a first look at the atmospheric murder mystery thriller from director and co-writer Derek Sulek (Trapped in the Cabin, Chaos on the Farm).

The film follows a small town thrown into terror after the mutilated body of a teenage girl is discovered. As a series of gruesome murders continues to plague the community, Sheriff Weaver (Dermot Mulroney) races to identify the killer before fear and paranoia consume the town. Meanwhile, his daughter Kelly (Kirrilee Berger) begins investigating the crimes herself and becomes convinced that something even more sinister lies behind the killings.

Inspired in part by the fear surrounding the real-life Night Stalker era, Dead of Night was filmed in Los Angeles with a local cast and crew, helping to create the film’s unsettling atmosphere.

Dead of Night will open exclusively in theaters on November 13, 2026, before arriving On Demand on January 12, 2027.
