Vertical has released the official U.S. trailer for The Magic Faraway Tree, opening in theaters nationwide on August 21. Directed by Ben Gregor and written by Simon Farnaby, the film brings Enid Blyton’s beloved classic to the big screen with a sweeping, family‑friendly fantasy adventure.

Adapted from Blyton’s iconic novel, the film follows Polly (Claire Foy), Tim (Andrew Garfield), and their three children as they relocate from the city to the remote English countryside. While the family struggles to adjust to their new surroundings, the children make a discovery that changes everything: a towering magical tree filled with extraordinary residents and portals to fantastical lands.
