After waking from a coma in an abandoned London hospital, bicycle courier Jim (Academy Award®‑winner Cillian Murphy, 2023 Best Actor, Oppenheimer) steps into a city emptied by catastrophe. Wandering the desolate streets, he soon encounters a small band of survivors who reveal the truth: a highly contagious, violently aggressive “rage” virus has been unleashed.
As Jim and his new companions search for safety, they face the terrifying possibility that the infection may have already spread far beyond the U.K. — and that humanity’s last hope is slipping away.
