The official trailer for NIGHTBORN, the new psychological horror fable from Hatching director Hanna Bergholm, has been released. The film stars Seidi Haarla (Compartment No. 6) and Rupert Grint (Knock at the Cabin) in a chilling story of motherhood, fear, and the instinct to protect at any cost.
Saga and her British husband Jon move deep into the Finnish forest, settling into the isolated home where Saga spent her childhood. Eager to begin their perfect family, they welcome their newborn son — but Saga immediately senses something is terribly wrong. As those around her insist everything is fine, her marriage begins to fracture and Jon struggles to understand her growing terror.
Only Saga suspects the horrifying truth about her baby, pulling her into a visceral confrontation with the unknown. The trailer teases Bergholm’s signature blend of atmospheric dread, emotional intensity, and dark fairy‑tale elements.
