In Hot Spot, set in a near‑future society ruled by sentient A.I., a private investigator takes on what appears to be a routine murder case—until he uncovers a rebel group capable of destabilizing the digital overlord controlling humanity. As he digs deeper, the detective’s own identity begins to fracture, pulling him into a hypnotic, reality‑bending meltdown where nothing is what it seems.
