Trango, the new documentary from The North Face, arrives on Documentary+ on February 13, 2026, bringing one of the boldest ski mountaineering achievements to screens everywhere. Directed by Leo Hoorn, the film follows Jim Morrison and Christina “Lusti” Lustenberger as they attempt the first‑ever ski descent of Pakistan’s Great Trango Tower a 20,000-foot giant in the Karakoram.
More than a record-setting expedition, Trango captures the emotional stakes, the partnership, and the years of persistence behind a dream few would dare to chase. After a celebrated festival run and dozens of theatrical screenings, the film is finally making its way to streaming, with additional platforms and a PBS broadcast coming later in Spring 2026.
A compact story with massive stakes, Trango shows what happens when ambition meets the world’s most unforgiving terrain.
