The official trailer for MIDDLE LIFE, the Canadian romantic dramedy from writer‑director Pavan Moondi, has arrived. The film opens in the U.S. beginning July 31, 2026 at the Laemmle Glendale in Los Angeles, followed by Cinema Village in NYC on August 7, 2026 . Additional U.S. dates will be announced.

MIDDLE LIFE follows Andie, a perfectionist wedding planner and new mother in her mid‑thirties who has carefully constructed her life but still feels unfulfilled. Fresh off maternity leave, she saves Ryan, a blue‑collar plumber, from a roadside accident .
Over the next year, their paths continue to cross, and Andie’s craving for change meets Ryan’s new outlook on life. Their unexpected connection forces her to confront the possibility that life can still surprise her — and that fulfillment may come from places she never expected .
